Meet The Team
Adam Barnes
Adam’s passion for property has seen him build a successful and rewarding 19-year career in estate agency. His extensive knowledge of the local sales and lettings market gave him the confidence to open Hunter & Company with his wife Jessica. Focusing on building real relationships with his clients, Adam has earned a reputation of always going the extra mile. “Since launching in 2015 our hybrid agency has gone from strength to strength. We have always said that we don’t want to be the biggest agent in town, we want to offer the best service. Based on our incredible feedback, and all the friends we have made along the way, we really feel like we are succeeding at what we set out to do. We are also very proud that over 50% of business comes from personal recommendations, giving us even more time to concentrate on our existing clients.”
Jessica Naylor-Barnes
Jessica feels privileged to call Nutfield Village ‘home’ and worked for 10 years in London as an Executive Assistant. She now splits her time between running the family business, as well as raising their two wonderful little boys Felix and Rufus. With a strong background in project management, marketing and administration, her and Adam have the perfect balance which has made H&Co. the success it is today. “Launching H&Co. has been an incredible journey so far. We love offering an alternative option for people who are looking for a more personal service and the most invaluable thing we offer to our clients is being available out of hours whenever they need us!”
Debbie Naylor
Debbie brought up her three daughters in Cheam Village and with the family business being based in Merstham for 25 years knows the area extremely well. Having gained invaluable experience selling new homes in London and the South East for Knight Frank, Savills, St George, Croudace and most recently Berkeley Homes, Debbie is excited to be part of the new family business.
