As well as having 14 years of lettings experience we are also landlords ourselves, so we can relate to our clients’ needs personally.
Lettings follow the same valuation and viewings process as our sales offering. We will find the right tenant for your property for the best price and within your timeframe.
This area of the business is all about partnerships built on trust that we will grow year on year. We do this by taking extra care when sourcing your tenant and following any specific instructions you have given.
Once we have found you a tenant, we run a thorough referencing programme to alleviate any doubt. We will then work with you towards the proposed move in date to ensure that everyone is happy. If we are managing your property, this goes hand in hand with our always available set up, so that any emergencies can be dealt with swiftly.
We offer let only, rent collection and fully managed services, along with everything else you will need for a successful tenancy. Our bespoke fee structure has been designed for landlords by landlords knowing that cash flow might be a major consideration.
